Hypnotherapy for Women
Women go through life differently. Certain milestones in a woman’s life, such as puberty and menopause are experienced by some without the slightest discomfort, but not so with others. Certain women welcome the changes in their body during puberty while others don’t. Some women enjoy living active sexual lives while others can’t. Pregnancy and childbirth are even experienced differently by women, some enjoying the process with others finding it extremely difficult.
This is all a part of the complexity of life, but women who are suffering don’t have to go through the various stages in their life alone. Help will always be provided for those who are in need. For my part, I offer hypnotherapy for women to help you get through a tough time in their life.
Pre-Menstrual Tension (PMT)
Also known as pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS), this presents itself in different symptoms, including depression, fatigue, food cravings, irritability, mood swings, and tender breasts. Women experience these physical and emotional changes differently, with some only slightly noticing it while others feeling the symptoms rather intensely.
These troubles can have an adverse effect on different aspects of your life: family, social, and work. Since the symptoms associated with PMT are to be expected on a regular basis, the last thing you want is to suffer each time. You need to be able to control your emotions during such a period, and hypnosis can help with that.
When you come in for a hypnotherapy session, I teach you techniques to put your mind at ease. Your mind is central to many of your body’s functions so learning how calm it down during times of discomfort helps you feel better. It is also recommended you see a doctor to rule out any other causes.
Vaginismus
When you have vaginismus, your muscles involuntarily contract when something, be it a tampon or a penis, is entering it. Although it doesn’t affect sexual arousal, it does makes penetrative sex rather uncomfortable. It isn’t just sexual activity that vaginismus affects; conducting a medical examination might prove challenging as well.
Since the actual causes of vaginismus isn’t known, it has been linked with anxiety and fear of having sex. However, some women experience vaginismus in other situations, like inserting a tampon. Painful intercourse can also be caused by other infections so it is best to see a doctor to rule out anything else.
Since the condition involves the involuntary contracting of muscles, how can hypnosis help with vaginismus? It is a challenge to get the conscious mind to stop it from happening, but analytical hypnotherapy can find the emotional root cause of the problem and fix it. Even if someone can’t identify the problem, it can be fished out of the subconscious through hypnosis.
Female Orgasmic Dysfunction
Even with sexual arousal and more than enough sexual stimulation, some women still find it difficult to orgasm. Emotional, physical, and psychological factors all have a say in why some women have difficulty reaching orgasm. Analytical hypnotherapy can help figure out why this is the case. It’s only when you let go of what’s troubling you that you can be free.
You do not have to suffer in silence. There is help available so you can enjoy life to the fullest.
