In this session your therapist will gather all the information required to create your unique subconscious program.
In this session your therapist will teach you the art of Self Hypnosis and guide you to uncover any subconscious forces that have been hampering your progress.
This is the Suggestion Therapy Session. During this session your therapist will guide you into an appropriate state of Hypnosis, for you to receive at the subconscious level, the suggestions to perfectly fit your needs. You will be given an audio at the end of this session reinforcing your suggestions. By regularly listening to this audio you secure the changes you have made during therapy and your program now becomes an unstoppable subconscious force working for you.
